Thank you for celebrating our 20th year of the CCS annual Labor-Management Conference!
The 2009 CCS Conference, held March 18-20 at Disney's Paradise Pier hotel, was a great success! Convening both labor and management, this conference was proudly co-sponsored by California State Medition and Conciliation Service (SMCS), Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS), Public Employment Relations Board (PERB), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), California Public Employee Relations (CPER) and the Agricultural Labor Relations Board (ALRB).
The well received program agenda showcased over 20 breakouts and keynote presentations that covered all aspects of effective labor-managment relations.
