Sponsor an annual labor-management conference that offers skill-building workshops and the latest information on hot topics

Provide training in labor-management negotiation and problem-solving

Provide neutral facilitation of contract negotiations and workplace dispute resolution

Offer consultation and facilitation services to strengthen labor-management relationships and workplace teams

Convene statewide labor-management coalitions to address common problems

Since 1988, the CCS team has worked with school districts, colleges, cities, counties, and private sector organizations in the United States and abroad to help labor and management work together effectively to achieve their goals.
